Client | Our client is a growing U.S. private aviation operator focused on expanding its managed aircraft fleet. They work with aircraft owners and intermediaries to bring Part 91 aircraft into structured Part 135 management programmes. |

Role overview:
A pure new business role focused on identifying and converting aircraft owners into management clients.
Prospect aircraft owners and intermediaries
Target Part 91 aircraft suitable for Part 135 conversion
Build relationships with brokers, family offices and advisors
Generate qualified meetings for executive leadership
Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking via HubSpot
Provide market intelligence on aircraft sales and fleet movements
We're looking for someone who has:
3–7+ years in aircraft sales, aircraft management or aviation business development
Understanding of Part 91 and Part 135 operations
Strong outbound sales and prospecting discipline
Comfortable engaging UHNW aircraft owners and intermediaries
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Professional presence with strong research skills
