Role overview:
This is where execution meets pressure.
You will lead the sourcing engine that powers every flight, ensuring the right aircraft, at the right time, at the right standard — every time. When things go wrong, you fix them. When things scale, you build the system.
You are not reacting. You are controlling the outcome.
• Lead and develop a team of aviation sourcing specialists
• Own daily sourcing operations across global markets
• Ensure aircraft availability, pricing and safety standards
• Act as escalation point for complex, high-priority trips
• Build and maintain operator relationships
• Drive performance through data, KPIs and reporting
• Improve processes, tools and sourcing efficiency
• Partner with sales and operations to deliver seamlessly
About you:
• 7–11+ years in sourcing, procurement or aviation operations
• Strong leadership and team development experience
• Deep understanding of private aviation or complex logistics
• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation ability
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Data-driven and process-focused
