Role overview:
This is not a title. It’s a mandate.
You are stepping into a business that has proven demand and built a sales team — but now needs a leader to turn activity into a machine.
You will design the system, install the discipline and build the engine that takes revenue from $100M to $500M.
You won’t be closing deals.
You will be building the infrastructure that makes closing inevitable.
Take ownership of a 10-person Account Executive team
Build the full sales architecture from first touch to close
Create forecasting discipline and pipeline clarity
Implement playbooks, talk tracks and performance standards
Drive accountability, pace and consistency across the team
Hire and develop the next layer of sales talent
About you:
You’ve done this before. Not managed it — built it.
Scaled a business through a critical growth phase (8 → 9 figures)
Come from a structured, metrics-driven environment (SaaS or similar)
Built systems, not just inherited them
Led teams that delivered under pressure
Thrive in environments where expectations are high and excuses don’t exist
