Role overview:
A charter sales position sitting at the heart of operations, responsible for managing client requests, converting enquiries and coordinating private jet flights end-to-end:
• Respond to incoming charter enquiries and provide accurate quotes
• Convert opportunities into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate flights with internal teams and external suppliers
• Manage client communication throughout the booking lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and internal processes
• Support general administration and reporting
We're looking for someone who has:
• Previous exposure to aviation (internship or early career experience)
• Strong commercial mindset with an interest in sales and client interaction
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Confident communicator with strong problem-solving ability
• Fluent English required, additional languages beneficial
• Comfortable working shifts, including evenings and weekends
