Our client is a boutique private aviation brokerage operating internationally, known for a relationship-led, performance-driven approach and a strong operator network across Europe and beyond.




The role:

This is a pure outbound sales position focused on proactive calling and qualification.


  • Engage with warm and cold B2B leads provided by the company

  • Qualify prospects and identify genuine commercial interest

  • Accurately record outcomes and follow up actions

  • Handover qualified opportunities internally for progression


All lead sources and full contact details are provided. There is no requirement for research, prospecting list building or complex quoting at the initial stage.



About you:

  • Proven outbound B2B sales experience

  • Comfortable and confident making high volume cold calls

  • Resilient, structured and target driven

  • Fluent English is essential

  • Fluent French or German is also required

  • Aviation experience is desired but not required


This role suits someone who thrives on direct conversation, is confident on the phone and understands the discipline required to deliver consistent daily call volumes.
