The role:
This role sits at the heart of the charter operation, ensuring flights run smoothly from booking through to completion while supporting aircraft sourcing for client trips.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating charter flights from confirmation through to completion
Flight watching and managing permits, slots and routing requirements
Liaising with operators, ground handlers and catering providers
Keeping clients updated on operational developments during flights
Sourcing suitable aircraft to meet charter requests
Managing booking confirmations and operational documentation
The role operates on a rotational shift basis, covering both day and night operations within a fully remote UK-based team.
About you:
Background in FBO operations, charter brokerage or flight operations
Good understanding of private jet operations and aircraft types
Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders across international flights
Able to work rotating shifts including nights
Organised, responsive and confident communicating with clients and operators
