The role:
This is a seat at the table.
As senior vice president of marketing, you will own the entire marketing vision across a portfolio of aviation brands, shaping how the business shows up in the world and how customers choose it, trust it, and stay with it.
You’ll lead brand, growth, performance, and communications at group level, translating strategy into momentum and turning marketing into a commercial growth engine. This role partners closely with the executive team and has real influence across product, revenue, and customer experience.
What you'll do:
Define and execute group-wide marketing strategy across multiple aviation brands
Build, lead, and inspire senior marketing teams
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value at scale
Balance brand storytelling with performance and measurable ROI
Align marketing with commercial, operational, and product priorities
Act as a senior voice at executive and board level
About you:
Proven senior marketing leader with experience in aviation, travel, transportation, or a similarly complex consumer business
Comfortable operating across scheduled and/or on-demand models
Experienced in multi-brand environments with distinct audiences
Commercially sharp, data-literate, and growth-focused
Confident, decisive, and credible at C-suite level
Based in the US or open to relocation (within the US)
