The role:
Our client is expanding its network of maintenance. With operations across Southeast England and various key locations in Europe, they are strengthening their in-house capabilities to support a growing global fleet. As part of this growth, they are recruiting experienced EASA Licensed Engineers to join established teams in several of their European and UK-based maintenance hubs.
Responsibilities:
Carry out inspections and certify scheduled maintenance, defect repairs, modifications, structural work, and system tests across airframe, engine, and electrical components
Complete assigned tasks efficiently to minimise aircraft downtime
Ensure all technical documentation, including logbooks, work cards, and handovers, is accurately completed within required timeframes
Maintain a clean, organised work environment to uphold operational standards
Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements and internal procedures
Contribute to a culture of safety and accountability by following health and safety policies and reporting incidents through the safety management system
Escalate technical discrepancies or concerns to the appropriate supervisory team
Take an active role in continuous improvement initiatives
Support other maintenance sites as needed, with flexibility to assist across the wider network
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Possess a current EASA B1 or B2 licence
Strong written and spoken English skills
Hold unrestricted work rights in either the UK or Europe
Demonstrate high motivation, strong teamwork skills, and excellent attention to detail
Able to meet the requirements for obtaining an airside pass
Advantageous:
Bombardier CL350/605/850, Global 6000/7500, Citation XLS, Embraer Legacy aircraft type ratings are advantageous although Type Ratings will be provided to suitable candidates;
