The role:
You’ll assist with the preparation and smooth running of client flights — from scheduling and logistics to producing quotations and supporting the flight management team.
- Coordinate flight logistics and schedules with precision 
- Prepare quotes and liaise with aircraft operators 
- Manage data and reporting across flight operations 
- Provide exceptional client communication and service 
About you:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in aviation or a related client-facing role 
- Strong understanding of aircraft operations and charter environments 
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail 
- Confident communicator who thrives under pressure
