The role:
You’ll take the lead on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, building out data-driven campaigns that tell the brand story and deliver measurable growth.
- Manage digital ads across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn 
- Develop CRM strategies to boost customer lifetime value 
- Create segmented, personalised email, SMS, and push campaigns 
- Analyse customer data to guide marketing decisions 
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a consistent brand voice 
About you:
- 3+ years’ experience in acquisition and/or CRM marketing 
- Skilled in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and HubSpot (or similar) 
- Strong analytical and project management skills 
- Detail-driven, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments 
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
