The role:

You’ll take the lead on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, building out data-driven campaigns that tell the brand story and deliver measurable growth.


  • Manage digital ads across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn

  • Develop CRM strategies to boost customer lifetime value

  • Create segmented, personalised email, SMS, and push campaigns

  • Analyse customer data to guide marketing decisions

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a consistent brand voice




About you:


  • 3+ years’ experience in acquisition and/or CRM marketing

  • Skilled in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and HubSpot (or similar)

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Detail-driven, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
