The role:
You’ll take the lead on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, building out data-driven campaigns that tell the brand story and deliver measurable growth.
Manage digital ads across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
Develop CRM strategies to boost customer lifetime value
Create segmented, personalised email, SMS, and push campaigns
Analyse customer data to guide marketing decisions
Collaborate across teams to ensure a consistent brand voice
About you:
3+ years’ experience in acquisition and/or CRM marketing
Skilled in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and HubSpot (or similar)
Strong analytical and project management skills
Detail-driven, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
