We are supporting them in their search for a Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, CRM, and brand strategy within their on demand travel offering. This is a key role in the business, with high impact and strong growth potential.

Responsibilities:
Plan, manage and optimise digital acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, LinkedIn and other digital channels
Own and develop CRM strategies to enhance customer journey, retention, and reactivation
Build and segment customer databases for personalised marketing and lifecycle journeys
Create and deliver compelling email, SMS and push campaigns aligned with broader marketing goals
Work with external partners to support lead generation and customer experience initiatives
Develop engaging content that communicates the brand’s unique story and value
Use data analytics to drive continuous improvement in marketing performance
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated messaging and a consistent brand experience
Support other marketing initiatives as directed by leadership
We're looking for someone who has:
3+ years of experience in acquisition or CRM marketing roles
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and CRM/email platforms like HubSpot
Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
A team player with a proactive and solutions-focused attitude
Other requirements:
Must be authorised to work in the US
Must be 18+ years of age
Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation
Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as part of a 24/7 operation
Ability to pass a 10-year background check and drug screen
