The role:
An established and fast-growing aviation business is seeking a Client Relations Executive to oversee relationships with private aircraft owners. This position plays a vital role in maintaining owner satisfaction, managing contracts and billing, and serving as the key liaison across operational teams. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-driven mindset and a strong customer-first approach.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for aircraft owners, ensuring quick resolution of issues and maintaining regular communication
Support the preparation and coordination of new ownership agreements
Maintain up-to-date records on aircraft, insurance, preferences, and emergency contacts
Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly billing and revenue statements
Liaise between owners and internal departments, particularly sales and operations, to address queries and ensure smooth service
Represent the business in networking and relationship-building activities within the aviation sector
Participate in company-wide projects and contribute to business growth initiatives
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business, or a related field (preferred)
2–5 years of experience in aviation, private charter services, or travel management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage both client-facing and internal relationships
Well-organised and confident working independently
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a customer-focused environment
Comfortable presenting to groups and representing the company professionally
Strong IT and data management skills

Core Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required
