The role:
This is a client-facing operational role focused on managing the day-to-day relationship with aircraft owners. You’ll act as the primary point of contact, coordinating flights, aligning internal teams and ensuring owners receive a seamless, high-end experience while protecting the company’s operational and commercial interests.
Key responsibilities:
Acting as the main liaison between aircraft owners and internal teams
Managing owner flight requests from booking through to post-flight follow-up
Coordinating with operations, CAMO, finance and commercial teams
Overseeing invoicing, payment tracking and financial accuracy
Maintaining accurate reporting and transparency via owner portals and internal systems
Supporting aircraft onboarding into, or exit from, the management programme
Anticipating owner needs and resolving issues proactively
About you:
Advanced, hands-on experience in business aviation operations
Background in flight operations, OCC, dispatch, aircraft management, charter or crew operations
Strong understanding of aircraft management and owner expectations
Fluent in French and English. Additional languages are a plus
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and reactivity
Comfortable using flight planning tools, CRMs and digital reporting platforms
Discreet, service-led and professional in all client interactions
Flexible with working hours and occasional travel
Right to work in EU countries
