Our client is a leading name in private aviation, offering a full spectrum of services including charter, aircraft management, sales, maintenance, training, and airport support. The role:

An established and fast-growing aviation business is seeking a Client Relations Executive to oversee relationships with private aircraft owners. This position plays a vital role in maintaining owner satisfaction, managing contracts and billing, and serving as the key liaison across operational teams. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-driven mindset and a strong customer-first approach.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for aircraft owners, ensuring quick resolution of issues and maintaining regular communication

  • Support the preparation and coordination of new ownership agreements

  • Maintain up-to-date records on aircraft, insurance, preferences, and emergency contacts

  • Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly billing and revenue statements

  • Liaise between owners and internal departments, particularly sales and operations, to address queries and ensure smooth service

  • Represent the business in networking and relationship-building activities within the aviation sector

  • Participate in company-wide projects and contribute to business growth initiatives



Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business, or a related field (preferred)

  • 2–5 years of experience in aviation, private charter services, or travel management

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage both client-facing and internal relationships

  • Well-organised and confident working independently

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a customer-focused environment

  • Comfortable presenting to groups and representing the company professionally

  • Strong IT and data management skills

Core Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 8:00am to 5:00pm

  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required
