Our client is a global private aviation charter and brokerage business operating across multiple international markets. The company runs a performance-driven charter sales platform offering ad hoc charter, membership programmes and jet card solutions. They are actively expanding their European footprint and building a long-term charter sales operation across the region.




Role overview:

This is a senior commercial role responsible for driving private aviation charter sales across Europe. Reporting into global sales leadership, the Sales Director Europe will focus on new client acquisition, revenue growth and market expansion across key European territories.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling private aviation charter solutions across Europe, including ad hoc charter, memberships and jet cards

  • Developing new client relationships across major European markets and travel corridors

  • Expanding revenue and brand presence throughout the region

  • Identifying high-potential markets, routes and customer segments

  • Managing charter transactions end to end in collaboration with operations and supply teams

  • Owning individual revenue targets within a KPI-driven sales environment

  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management, forecasting and reporting





We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in private aviation charter sales

  • Strong understanding of European geography and charter market dynamics

  • Comfortable selling across multiple countries and cultures

  • Existing European client relationships or transferable book of business

  • Professional fluency in at least two languages

  • Confident operating independently within a performance-led environment

  • Experience in international or cross-border sales roles
