The role:
Support the Compliance Monitoring Manager in maintaining full regulatory compliance across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled and ad hoc audits and inspections
Produce audit reports, non-conformities and improvement actions
Support root cause analysis and corrective action planning
Track and close findings within the compliance monitoring system
Represent compliance at safety meetings and review boards
Support department heads with compliance responsibilities
About you:
Background in aviation safety and compliance
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
Confident conducting audits and inspections
Detail-driven with strong analytical skills
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
