Client	Our client is a high-growth private aviation charter and brokerage business supporting a global client base with complex, time-sensitive flight requirements. The organisation operates at scale across all aircraft categories and places strong emphasis on operational excellence, reliability and premium service delivery.

Role overview:

This is a senior, in-office operational role responsible for sourcing and executing complex private charter missions globally. Sitting at the core of the operations function, the role supports high-value clients, non-standard itineraries and demanding, time-critical missions.

This is not a coordination or junior operations position. The successful candidate will be a highly experienced charter operator, trusted to manage the most complex trips and act as a senior operational authority within the business.

The role is full time, salaried and based on site in the United States.

Key responsibilities include:

Global Charter Sourcing And Execution

• Sourcing aircraft globally across turboprop, light, midsize, super-midsize, heavy jet and ultra-long-range categories

• Managing complex domestic and international charter missions, including multi-leg and last-minute requests

• Leading execution of high-value, high-complexity trips from sourcing through to completion

Operator Relationships And Supply Development

• Leveraging an established global operator network to secure reliable lift and competitive pricing

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with operators across key regions

• Assessing operators for safety, reliability and service quality

• Acting as a trusted operational counterpart for repeat and priority business

Client Experience And Service Leadership

• Supporting demanding and high-profile clients with a premium, high-touch service approach

• Anticipating client needs and proactively managing operational risk

• Acting as a senior escalation point for complex or sensitive trips

Internal Leadership And Operational Support

• Serving as a senior operational resource for sales and coordination teams

• Mentoring and supporting less experienced operations staff

• Helping define best practices for sourcing, execution and operator engagement

• Partnering with leadership to strengthen operational workflows and standards

We're looking for someone who has:

• Extensive experience in private aviation charter operations and aircraft sourcing

• Deep knowledge of aircraft types, performance capabilities and charter economics

• Strong, established relationships with global charter operators

• Proven experience managing complex international charter missions

• Calm, decisive judgement under pressure

• Highly detail-oriented with strong operational discipline

• Professional ability in more than one language

• Experience sourcing charter across Europe, the Middle East and other international markets

• Background supporting high-net-worth individuals, corporate flight departments or VIP clientele
