The role:
Senior operational leadership role responsible for overseeing flight dispatch and operational control activities, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient flight operations.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the dispatch team within a 24/7 environment
• Oversee flight planning, routing, fuel and weather/NOTAM briefings
• Act as a key decision-maker during disruptions and irregular operations
• Coordinate closely with flight crew, maintenance and operational teams
• Maintain operational manuals and support audits and authority inspections
• Actively contribute to SMS and Emergency Response processes
About you:
Proven leadership experience within flight dispatch or OCC
Strong knowledge of flight operations, dispatch procedures and aircraft performance
Solid regulatory understanding of EASA, ICAO and national authorities
Calm, decisive and confident in high-pressure operational scenarios
Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
Fluent English required, German strongly preferred
