Role overview:
Senior, hands-on Product Lead role embedded within the Product Engineering team, responsible for translating real-world charter operator workflows into scalable, intelligent software.
This role sits at the intersection of flight operations, dispatch, quoting and technology, and is designed for someone who has lived these workflows and now wants to codify them into systems that actually work.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the operational authority within the product team
Translate charter-operator processes into product requirements, logic and workflows
Embed dispatch, ops control and sales support reality into system design
Shape quoting, pricing and margin logic aligned with operational constraints
Identify automation opportunities without compromising CX or operational integrity
Pressure-test features against edge cases, exceptions and real-world scenarios
Support operator onboarding, feedback loops and product validation
Represent the business with operators, partners, investors and at industry events
We're looking for someone who has:
5+ years inside a charter operator (not brokerage)
Hands-on experience across dispatch, operations control, quoting and sales support
Strong understanding of the full charter lifecycle from enquiry to post-flight
Comfortable with real-world tools such as FL3XX, Leon, Avinode, spreadsheets and messaging systems
Experience contributing to system improvements, automation or digital tools
Commercially aware, systems-minded and process-driven
Confident working closely with engineers, founders and senior stakeholders
