Our client is a high-growth private aviation charter platform operating globally within a performance-driven, technology-enabled environment.




Role overview:

Senior leadership role responsible for managing and scaling a global charter broker team.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and oversee daily charter sales execution

  • Own team performance, KPIs, pricing discipline and close rates

  • Hire, develop and scale broker teams across multiple structures

  • Coach brokers through deal strategy and performance reviews

  • Drive adoption of sales technology, data and reporting

  • Maintain strong oversight of charter supply and operator relationships



We're looking for someone who has:

  • Extensive experience in private aviation charter sales

  • Proven track record leading and scaling broker teams

  • Experience managing high-performance sales environments

  • Strong understanding of charter economics and supply dynamics

  • Hands-on leadership style with commercial authority

  • Comfortable travelling and operating in hybrid environments
