Client | Our client is a high-growth private aviation charter platform operating globally within a performance-driven, technology-enabled environment. |

Role overview:
Senior leadership role responsible for managing and scaling a global charter broker team.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and oversee daily charter sales execution
Own team performance, KPIs, pricing discipline and close rates
Hire, develop and scale broker teams across multiple structures
Coach brokers through deal strategy and performance reviews
Drive adoption of sales technology, data and reporting
Maintain strong oversight of charter supply and operator relationships
We're looking for someone who has:
Extensive experience in private aviation charter sales
Proven track record leading and scaling broker teams
Experience managing high-performance sales environments
Strong understanding of charter economics and supply dynamics
Hands-on leadership style with commercial authority
Comfortable travelling and operating in hybrid environments
