Role overview:
This is a junior commercial role within a charter brokerage team, suited to someone early in their sales career who wants to build something long term in private aviation.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing inbound charter enquiries and supporting outbound sales activity
Building and developing client relationships
Sourcing aircraft and pricing charter solutions
Preparing and presenting tailored flight options
Supporting senior brokers on live deals
Managing bookings from enquiry through to confirmation
Keeping CRM activity accurate and up to date
We're looking for someone who has:
Must have 1–2 years of sales or business development experience
A strong sales mindset is essential
Drive, energy and resilience matter more than aviation experience
German language skills are a significant plus
Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
Organised, detail-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Motivated to learn and progress within a performance-led team
