Duties and responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle private charter requests for high-profile clients in the entertainment sector

• Work closely with operations to oversee each flight from initial brief to landing

• Develop and maintain your own client portfolio while contributing to wider business growth

• Deliver attentive, flexible service — including outside standard hours during peak touring seasons

• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships across the live events and aviation industries

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• An assured aviation professional with a background in live event logistics and private charter

• Well-connected within the entertainment industry, with a solid network of relevant contacts

• Composed, commercially savvy, and comfortable leading high-stakes client work

• Adaptable and service-driven — able to support clients beyond traditional office hours

• Collaborative by nature, with the drive to succeed in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
