Our client is an international private aviation firm offering tailored flight solutions to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. With a focus on flexibility, discretion and high service standards, they provide access to a diverse fleet ranging from light jets to long-haul aircraft. As they expand operations in the UK, they are looking for a senior sales leader to take ownership of client acquisition and market development.

Role overview:

This is a hands-on commercial role for a driven sales professional with experience in private aviation or luxury services. You’ll be responsible for identifying and managing high-value clients, delivering customised charter solutions and representing the brand across the UK market.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with both private and business clients

  • Provide tailored charter proposals and manage all aspects of the booking process

  • Oversee coordination between clients, aircraft operators and service partners

  • Ensure a smooth end-to-end experience, from scheduling to ground handling and onboard service

  • Attend client meetings, events and networking opportunities to grow brand visibility

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistently high standards

  • Monitor market activity and identify emerging opportunities for growth

  • Contribute to the strategic expansion of the UK client base



We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong background in charter sales, private aviation or luxury/VIP client services

  • Proactive, commercially minded and highly self-motivated

  • Excellent communication skills and a refined, client-facing presence

  • Understanding of the high expectations of UHNW clients

  • Existing relationships within the private aviation or luxury travel sector are a plus

  • Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous

  • Based in London or the surrounding area, with a willingness to travel regularly
