A globally recognised private aviation group is expanding its footprint and is looking for a senior commercial leader to drive growth across private jet, cargo and group charter.

The role:

You’ll join as Managing Director, working closely with the CEO to:

• Lead the expansion strategy

• Recruit and manage a senior broker team

• Launch new cargo and group charter divisions

• Win new charter clients through your own network and commercial leadership

About you:

• 10-15 years of private jet experience

• Existing HNW client portfolio

• Proven commercial leadership experience

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach

• Based in Switzerland
