Our client is a private aviation advisory and flight management firm supporting individuals and businesses to optimise their private flying. They provide independent advice on charter flights, jet cards, and aircraft ownership, managing everything from bookings to long-term oversight.

The role:

This position supports the commercial director by transforming data into clear commercial insight. You’ll analyse cost, utilisation and contract data to identify optimisation opportunities across private aviation programmes and operators.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building cost models and dashboards for data-driven decision making

• Conducting comparative and scenario analysis to identify savings

• Maintaining data integrity and developing new KPIs

• Producing clear, executive-level reports and recommendations

• Automating reporting processes and improving data workflows

About you:

• 3+ years’ experience in an analytical role

• Advanced Excel and data modelling skills (Power BI a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Clear communicator with structured, analytical thinking

• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a remote setup

• Knowledge of aviation or travel sectors advantageous
