The role:
An entrepreneurial opportunity for an established sales professional to operate independently as a commission-only broker. You’ll manage your own client base, structure high-value charter and membership deals, and deliver a premium experience from enquiry to touchdown.
• Build and grow a book of private jet and corporate clients
• Negotiate and close on-demand charter and membership sales
• Use SurfOS software for quoting, CRM and trip management
• Collaborate with a 24/7 operations and concierge team
• Represent the brand professionally across events and FBOs
About you:
• Background in private aviation, luxury travel, or high-ticket sales
• Minimum two years’ sales experience and ideally an existing client network
• Consultative, relationship-led approach with proven closing ability
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-management skills
• Familiarity with platforms like Avinode preferred
