Our client is a growing software company developing intelligent tools for the aviation sector. Their platform is designed to help brokers, operators and aircraft owners run more efficiently through better data, improved workflows and streamlined commercial processes. The team is expanding and they are looking for a strong sales specialist to help drive the next phase of growth.

Role overview:
You will be responsible for sourcing, developing and closing software sales opportunities with aviation businesses. This is an early stage commercial hire where you will help establish a structured sales approach and build a healthy pipeline from the ground up.
Key responsibilities include:
• Proactively generating new leads across aviation businesses and related sectors
• Running the full sales process from outreach and demos through to contract close
• Managing a clear pipeline and reporting on activity and revenue forecasts
• Working closely with Product and Customer Success to align the platform with customer needs
• Negotiating commercial terms and ensuring profitable long term relationships
• Feeding back customer insight to help shape future product development
• Representing the company at meetings and industry events
We're looking for someone who has:
• Strong background in enterprise or SaaS software sales
• Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet revenue goals
• Aviation experience is beneficial but not essential
• Confident in outbound activity, demos and solution selling
• Comfortable in a young, growing environment where processes are still being built
• Competent user of CRM systems
• Able to work in a hybrid setup with occasional office attendance
