Role overview:

Our client is an established business aviation operator with a strong focus on high standards of safety, compliance and continuous improvement across multiple regulatory environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collecting and analysing safety data through Centrik

• Supporting management of change activities

• Helping create audit and contractor checklists and surveys

• Contributing to safety case reviews and classification

• Supporting risk assessments using the ARMS methodology

• Helping improve and maintain the compliance and safety management systems

• Promoting a just culture through internal communications and initiatives

• Providing guidance to colleagues on Centrik and general compliance queries

We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for learning

• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

• Good interpersonal skills and confidence working with different teams

• Strong IT skills

• Centrik experience is helpful but not essential as full training is offered
