Senior Director, Private Aviation Solutions (Midwest Region)

The role:

This senior commercial role focuses on growing the Midwest region, driving UHNW client acquisition and long term relationship development. You will convert warm inbound leads, build your own network, and create tailored private aviation solutions supported by a dedicated operations and sourcing team.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing inbound enquiries and driving proactive outbound outreach

• Developing and retaining a portfolio of UHNW jet clients

• Upselling jet card programs and cross selling charter options

• Maintaining accurate pipeline activity and reporting in Salesforce

• Collaborating with internal teams for seamless client delivery

• Representing the brand across regional luxury and industry events

Location:

• Chicago

• This position involves regular travel to meet clients and team members, along with occasional overnight trips to the HQ for meetings, conferences and operational support.

About you:

• 5+ years private aviation sales or 10+ years UHNW consultative sales

• Strong working knowledge of charter programs, jet cards, and aircraft categories

• Track record growing and nurturing high value relationships

• Confident communicator with a relationship led sales style

• Organised, proactive, and able to work at pace with autonomy

• Based in Chicago with ability to travel across the region
