About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global air charter business as a Senior Private Jet Charter Broker. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end charter enquiries, developing long-term client relationships, and supporting the commercial growth of the company across multiple international markets.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Proactively build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound activity, including phone calls, email campaigns, networking, LinkedIn outreach and in-person meetings 
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all contact and client information is current and well organised 
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for business growth across relevant sectors and territories 
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, aviation suppliers, and partner organisations 
- Prepare charter quotes tailored to client requirements and identify the most suitable aircraft and operators for each mission 
- Manage all operational elements of a charter from enquiry through to post-flight follow-up, including coordination with handling agents, ground transport, and catering suppliers 
- Oversee the full contracting process, including review of insurance and compliance documentation (training will be provided) 
- Monitor flights and proactively communicate updates to clients, resolving any operational issues as they arise 
- Follow internal sales processes and best practices to ensure consistency and client satisfaction 
- Support company representation at international meetings, networking events and client visits 
- Contribute to training and mentoring junior brokers, offering insight and guidance to support team development 
- Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by management 
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar charter sales or aviation operations role 
- Demonstrates a genuine passion for aviation and a strong understanding of the charter industry 
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently 
- Calm, solution-focused and confident under pressure 
- Flexible and adaptable to the fast-changing nature of the business, including availability for weekend or evening work when required 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills 
- A collaborative team player who values shared success and cross-border teamwork 
- Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement 
- Additional languages are an advantage but not required 
- Must have the right to work in the UK
