As they expand their footprint, they’re looking to build a high-performing sales team to help bring their pioneering service to new markets and audiences.

Role:
Our client is a fast-growing player in the premium air charter space, offering a modern and streamlined approach to private travel. As a Charter Sales Executive, you’ll focus exclusively on what you do best: closing deals and building long-term relationships with high-value clients.
You’ll be the face of an elite private aviation brand—selling memberships and bespoke on-demand flights to a sophisticated clientele that expects precision, discretion, and seamless service.
Unlike other sales roles, you’ll be fully supported post-sale by a dedicated in-house team who manage all operational aspects; aircraft sourcing, scheduling, catering, ground transport, and itinerary changes, so you can stay focused on revenue and relationships.
Working within a bespoke CRM and workflow system designed for speed and scale, you’ll deliver white-glove service while building a strong book of business in a performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Drive Growth
Sell private aviation memberships and on-demand charter services to individual and corporate clients
Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and pitching to closing and account expansion
Work with inbound leads while actively pursuing outbound opportunities
Leverage your network and relationships to accelerate results
Represent the brand at key events, private terminals, and networking opportunities
Own the Relationship
Act as the main point of contact for your client portfolio
Build trust through responsive service and expert-level product knowledge
Manage each booking from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up
Deliver a First-Class Experience
Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless client journeys
Capture client feedback and contribute to service enhancements
Use CRM and sales tools to manage your pipeline and daily workflow
Track What Matters
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
Monitor account performance to identify risks and opportunities
Stay goal-oriented and contribute to a high-performing sales team
We're looking for someone that has:
5+ years of experience in private aviation sales, luxury travel, or high-value brokerage
Proven success in outbound sales and lead conversion
Experience with midsize to large cabin aircraft is a plus
An existing book of business is highly advantageous
Consultative and strategic sales approach
Excellent time management and ability to work independently
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays on rotation
Confident engaging with clients in-person at airports and VIP events
Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to grow within a high-growth company
