Business Development Associate

Location: Remote Salary: OTE $120,000 (uncapped commission)
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years’ in Business Development or Sales, ideally within the Private Jet space

The role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to focus on generating new charter and Jet Card opportunities. The successful candidate will engage in strategic outreach, including calls, emails, and participation in industry events, to build relationships with potential clients.


Key responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:

    • Conduct proactive outreach to identify and engage potential clients.

    • Develop a pipeline of high-quality prospects, aiming for 12 meetings per month.

    • Maintain a database of potential clients and track outreach progress.

  • Event Participation & Networking:

    • Attend industry events and conferences to identify new business opportunities.

    • Represent the company professionally and build relationships with stakeholders.

  • Collaboration & Strategy:

    • Work closely with leadership to align prospecting efforts with business development strategies.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition.

  • Market Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.


Essential experience & knowledge:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1-3 years in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in luxury services or aviation.

  • Skills:

    • Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach.


*** This position will require schedule flexibility and is therefore not suited for someone with strict schedule limitations or an inability to work nights and weekends.
