Jet Specialist / Remote UK


menska is excited to be working with our client, a renowned private aviation company, to recruit a Private Jet Specialist. The role:

This pivotal client-facing role involves managing private charter bookings from enquiry to execution. You’ll work closely with operations and aircraft operators to coordinate every detail, ensuring a seamless experience. Strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential.


Key responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional, personalised service by developing strong client relationships and understanding individual travel preferences and expectations.

  • Remain flexible and resilient, performing effectively under pressure in a fast-moving environment.

  • Manage charter bookings from enquiry through to completion, working with the Operations team to issue contracts and invoices, liaise with Aircraft Operators, and coordinate all logistical and support arrangements.

  • Uphold meticulous attention to detail to ensure every element of the flight meets the highest standards expected by our clientele.

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with Airlines and Jet Operators to consistently source the most suitable aircraft for each client brief.


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in private jet charter or aviation operations.

  • Strong client focus, with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Confident using industry-specific platforms and tools related to flight planning and charter booking.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the flexibility to respond to shifting client demands and market conditions.


Compensation:

Comprehensive package


Location:

You’ll be based in your home office for this role. Once you’ve completed your induction, you’ll join the ‘out of hours’ rota, sharing evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts with the rest of the team. You'll work on a 4 days on, 4 days off pattern.
