The role:

The Managing Director will lead the business with a clear strategic vision, taking responsibility for financial performance, day-to-day operations, team culture, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The role is about steering growth while keeping the business stable, people engaged, and operations running smoothly.

• Shape and deliver the company vision

• Grow business with corporate clients and crew

• Lead client tenders and key negotiations

• Oversee cross-functional operations

• Keep the business compliant in Spain

• Handle licensing and approvals

• Support a robust and secure IT setup

About you:

• Master's degree

• At least 10 years of leadership experience and people management

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Solid understanding of financial and operational performance metrics.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex regulatory and compliance environments (e.g., AESA, AENA).

• Fluent in English and Spanish
