Business Development Manager - German Speaking

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Our client, a leading private aviation provider is looking for a confident, German-speaking professional to join their sales and marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales, customer service or client advisory who’s keen to develop their career within a high-end, client-focused environment.

Role overview:


This position involves working with an exclusive customer base, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals and senior corporate clients. It’s a great opportunity to join a company known for delivering exceptional service within the luxury travel space.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential clients through personal research and existing business relationships

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new enquiries, sharing detailed information on services and pricing via calls, emails, direct outreach, and events

  • Log all lead activity into the CRM and send tailored information packs, including programme guides

  • Collaborate with a sister company to manage inbound leads and support conversion into long-term clients

  • Prepare proposals and assist with agreement processes

  • Work closely with senior sales colleagues to develop skills and support wider team efforts

  • Keep the CRM system updated with accurate contact and account details, including forecasts

  • Provide onboarding and ongoing support to new clients

  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support the sales team



Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience gained through a mix of education, training, or industry-related roles

  • A genuine interest in aviation or luxury hospitality is highly valued

  • International outlook or culturally aware background

  • Strong understanding of high-net-worth clientele and their expectations

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively and stay organised under pressure



Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the flexibility to adapt quickly

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to stay self-motivated, manage competing priorities, and meet key deadlines

  • Confident using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Results-driven, with the ability to quickly understand and connect with a niche, high-end customer base

  • High standards of personal and professional integrity, with a strong work ethic

  • Able to remain calm under pressure while contributing positively to team goals

  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time

  • Fluency in both English and German is essential
