Role overview:
We're looking for charter sales representatives to join our client's commercial team. Reporting to the sales manager, this team plays a central role in flight sales, planning, and the global coordination of operations.
This is a client-facing position at the core of aviation activity. You’ll be responsible for responding to charter requests, driving sales, managing the full lifecycle of private jet bookings, ensuring compliance with relevant aviation regulations, and maintaining a high standard of professional conduct across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service to a high-end clientele
Respond to charter enquiries and prepare flight quotations
Process new bookings across the company’s range of services
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth flight execution
Carry out general administration and reporting duties
Requirements:
A background in sales or aviation, supported by relevant qualifications or training
Passion for the industry, with the energy and commitment to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stay calm and focused when dealing with last-minute changes
Comfortable multitasking and working as part of a busy operational team
Creative problem-solving skills and a logical approach to tasks
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages, particularly French, are a plus
Strong IT skills and familiarity with industry tools
Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends
A clean criminal record is required for aviation security clearance
Contract:
Start date: as soon as possible
Contract: full-time, permanent, on a rotating shift basis (including evenings, nights, and weekends)
