We’re working on behalf of a prestigious global aviation company that provides bespoke private jet services to an elite clientele. The role:

Our client is expanding its network of maintenance. With operations across Southeast England and various key locations in Europe, they are strengthening their in-house capabilities to support a growing global fleet. As part of this growth, they are recruiting experienced EASA/CAA Licensed Engineers to join its Line/MRT team.


We’re seeking individuals who are adaptable with their working hours and open to short-notice travel for overseas assignments. Above all, we’re looking for strong team players. The role operates within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting aircraft at various UK airports and as part of the Maintenance Recovery Team (MRT) across Europe and beyond.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with Part 145 safety and maintenance procedures, proactively addressing any unsafe practices and promoting a positive safety culture

  • Consistently demonstrate a professional and respectful approach when interacting with both internal teams and customers

  • Perform aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved, current instructions, upholding high standards of safety and professionalism

  • Work closely with the Part 145 management team to align on maintenance goals and ensure consistent delivery across all areas

  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) team and other internal or external stakeholders to develop and implement effective support solutions

  • Support the Part 145 leadership in shaping and executing the company’s maintenance strategy



Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • A skilled Aircraft Engineer with strong line maintenance experience

  • Holds at minimum an EASA B1 licence; ideally holds both EASA B1 and B2 licences

  • Current type approvals and recent hands-on experience with Bombardier Global Series or Challenger 850 / 605 / 350 aircraft
