The role:


They’re looking for a Junior Sales & Experience Representative to support senior brokers with sourcing, lead generation, and client proposals. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to private aviation sales while helping drive new business.


  • Research and identify potential clients

  • Qualify inbound leads

  • Assist with sourcing, proposals, and follow ups

  • Maintain accurate CRM records

  • Represent the brand at FBOs, meetings, and networking events



About you:


  • 1+ year in sales support, hospitality, luxury travel, or related fields

  • Proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented

  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

  • Comfortable working remotely (PST & EST hours)

  • Eager to learn and grow in a performance-driven team
