The role:

We’re seeking a Vice President, Area Sales Manager to lead regional sales across the Midwest (Chicago, Minneapolis or Ohio). This senior position blends client-facing sales, team leadership and strategic growth.


  • Oversee and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients

  • Lead and mentor a small team of aviation advisors

  • Drive regional sales strategy and client acquisition

  • Collaborate with operations, sourcing and marketing teams

  • Represent the brand at key events and tradeshows



Location:

  • Chicago, Minneapolis, or Ohio.

  • This position involves regular travel across the Midwest to meet clients and team members, along with occasional overnight trips to the Quincy office for meetings, conferences and operational support.



About you:

  • 10+ years in private aviation sales, 5+ in a leadership role

  • Proven ability to manage corporate and UHNW accounts

  • Strong relationship builder with a consultative approach

  • Confident leading a team and delivering on ambitious targets

  • Based in Chicago, Minneapolis or Ohio, with frequent travel
