The role:
We’re representing a senior sales leadership opportunity for a Vice President, Area Sales Manager to lead business growth across the Northeast, based in New York City. This is a hands-on role focused on building client relationships, developing a sales team and driving regional strategy.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients 
- Lead and mentor a small regional sales team 
- Deliver a regional growth plan focused on retention and new business 
- Collaborate with internal departments for seamless client service 
- Represent the brand at key events and industry functions 
Location:
- New York City 
- This position involves regular travel across the Midwest to meet clients and team members, along with occasional overnight trips to the Quincy office for meetings, conferences and operational support. 
About you:
- 10+ years in private aviation sales, 5+ in a leadership capacity 
- Skilled in consultative selling and managing UHNW relationships 
- Confident leading a team and driving high-performance results 
- Strong communication, networking and client-facing abilities 
- Based in New York City, open to frequent regional travel
