The role:
We’re representing a senior sales leadership opportunity for a Vice President, Area Sales Manager to oversee business development across the West Coast. Based in Los Angeles or San Francisco, you’ll drive growth through client engagement, team leadership and regional strategy.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients 
- Lead and develop a small team of sales professionals 
- Deliver a regional sales strategy focused on retention and acquisition 
- Build relationships with private jet operators and internal teams 
- Represent the brand at key events and client functions 
Location:
- Los Angeles or San Francisco 
- This position involves regular travel across the Midwest to meet clients and team members, along with occasional overnight trips to the Quincy office for meetings, conferences and operational support. 
About you:
- 10+ years’ experience in private aviation sales, 5+ in management 
- Proven track record in consultative, relationship-driven selling 
- Confident leading a team and managing complex accounts 
- Strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills 
- Based in Los Angeles or San Francisco, open to regular travel
