Founder
Christian founded Menska with a clear focus on building a recruitment partner that understands the commercial and operational realities of aviation.
He works closely with charter operators and aviation leadership teams, supporting commercial, sales and senior appointments across business aviation and air charter, particularly within growth-stage organisations.
Known for his calm, strategic approach, Christian acts as a sounding board as much as a recruiter, often supporting clients beyond individual hires as they shape teams and long term capability.
Hannah Allen
Global Talent Partner
Hannah specialises in MRO and engineering recruitment within private and commercial aviation, working at the intersection of people, compliance and operational delivery.
She partners closely with maintenance organisations and technical leaders to place licensed engineers and senior engineering professionals across fixed wing and rotary fleets. Her work is rooted in a detailed understanding of regulatory frameworks, type coverage and the realities of keeping aircraft serviceable in demanding environments.
