Role overview:
We’re supporting a leading international aviation business in the search for an experienced Cargo Capacity Manager to develop and grow its presence across the Benelux market.
This is a senior, hands-on commercial role with no team management responsibility, ideal for an experienced cargo professional who knows the market, has a strong customer network and enjoys winning business.
The role:
Sell and optimise available air cargo capacity
Develop new business across the Benelux region
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
Identify opportunities and maximise revenue across available capacity
Work closely with airline, charter and operational partners
Support the end-to-end delivery of cargo movements
We're looking for someone who has:
Strong air cargo sales, capacity management or cargo charter experience
An established network within the Benelux cargo market
Excellent commercial and business development skills
Good understanding of air cargo operations
Someone comfortable operating autonomously and building their own market
