Role overview:
Menska is supporting an international aviation business in the search for an experienced CCM Sales Supervisor to help grow its cargo capacity management offering across the German and wider European market.
This is a highly commercial role for someone who understands air cargo and enjoys developing relationships, identifying opportunities and turning them into profitable, long-term business.
The role:
You’ll play a key role in developing cargo capacity sales across the German market, combining new business development with the growth of existing customer relationships.
The position will involve identifying new commercial opportunities, developing relationships with freight forwarders and cargo customers, responding to customer requirements and working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver competitive solutions.
You’ll also spend time in the market, meeting customers, understanding changing requirements and identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
We're looking for someone who has:
3+ years’ experience within air cargo, freight forwarding, logistics, aviation or a related commercial environment
Strong sales and business development experience
A good understanding of the German air cargo market
Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
Commercially driven and comfortable generating new business
Confident communicator and relationship builder
Fluent German and English
Based in, or able to work from, Frankfurt
