Role overview:
Menska is supporting an established air cargo business in the search for a commercially driven CCM Sales Executive to join its Frankfurt team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in air cargo, freight forwarding or logistics who enjoys building customer relationships, developing new business and working in a fast-moving commercial environment.
The role:
You’ll be responsible for developing cargo capacity sales across the German market, growing relationships with existing customers while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
Day to day, you’ll engage with freight forwarders and cargo customers, understand their requirements, develop commercial solutions and work closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver a high level of service.
You’ll also spend time developing your network, meeting customers and keeping close to market activity and emerging commercial opportunities.
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience within air cargo, freight forwarding, logistics, aviation or a related commercial environment
Previous sales, business development or customer-facing experience
Good understanding of the air cargo market
Confident developing new and existing customer relationships
Commercially minded with a proactive approach to sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent German and English
Based in, or able to work from, Frankfurt
