The role:
This senior sales role is focused on building the Northeast market from New York. You will convert warm inbound leads, develop your own network of UHNW prospects, and nurture long term client relationships. With the backing of a dedicated operations and sourcing team, you will deliver tailored aviation programs and drive ongoing client value.
Responsibilities include:
Converting inbound enquiries and generating new UHNW opportunities
Managing a full sales pipeline and building long term client value
Upselling jet programs and cross selling charter services
Using Salesforce to maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking
Working with flight operations and sourcing teams to deliver seamless service
Attending industry and luxury community events to grow market presence
Location:
New York City
This position involves regular travel to meet clients and team members, along with occasional overnight trips to the HQ for meetings, conferences and operational support.
About you:
5+ years private aviation sales or 10+ years UHNW consultative sales
Strong knowledge of jet cards, on demand charter, and aircraft options
Proven track record building and retaining high value client books
Confident communicator able to build trust quickly
Motivated, organised, and comfortable in a fast paced environment
Based in New York City with flexibility to travel across the region
