The role:
This senior sales role covers the Central region, focused on building and expanding a UHNW client base across Texas or Colorado. You will convert inbound leads, generate new business through proactive outreach, and nurture long term client relationships. With a dedicated operations and aircraft sourcing team behind you, you will create tailored aviation solutions and grow recurring revenue.
Responsibilities include:
Qualifying inbound enquiries and driving proactive outbound activity
Developing and managing a UHNW client book
Upselling jet program options and cross selling charter services
Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
Partnering with operations and sourcing teams to deliver exceptional service
Representing the brand across regional events and luxury circles
Location:
Texas or Colorado
This position involves regular travel to meet clients and team members, along with occasional overnight trips to the HQ for meetings, conferences and operational support.
About you:
5+ years private aviation sales or 10+ years UHNW consultative sales
Strong knowledge of charter, jet card programs, and aircraft categories
Proven experience converting leads and building long term client value
Confident communicator with a relationship first selling approach
Organised, driven, and comfortable working at pace with autonomy
Based in Texas or Colorado with willingness to travel throughout the region
