The role:
This senior sales role focuses on building the Southeast client base, centred around key wealth hubs such as West Palm Beach, Miami, and Naples. You will convert inbound enquiries, nurture long term relationships, and self generate new opportunities among UHNW clients. With dedicated flight operations and sourcing support, your focus is on delivering personalised aviation solutions and recurring revenue growth.
Responsibilities include:
Converting inbound leads and conducting targeted outbound outreach
Building and managing a high value private client portfolio
Upselling jet programs and cross selling charter services
Tracking pipeline activity accurately in Salesforce
Collaborating with operations and sourcing teams for seamless delivery
Representing the brand at luxury and aviation events across the Southeast
Location:
West Palm Beach, Miami, or Naples
This position involves regular travel to meet clients and team members, along with occasional overnight trips to the HQ for meetings, conferences and operational support.
About you:
5+ years private aviation sales or 10+ years UHNW consultative sales
Strong understanding of private jet programs and charter products
Proven track record winning and retaining high value clients
Confident communicator who excels in relationship led selling
Highly motivated, organised, and adaptable in a fast paced environment
Based in West Palm Beach, Miami, or Naples with willingness to travel regionally
