Charter Executive

Our client is an international aviation company specialising in cargo operations. They’re looking for a charter executive to support commercial growth and ensure smooth day-to-day flight activity.

The role:

You’ll manage enquiries, quotes, and bookings while supporting the wider charter team in day-to-day operations. From first request to post-flight follow-up, you’ll make sure every charter runs seamlessly.

• Handle charter enquiries, prepare quotations, and assist with contracts

• Coordinate with clients, brokers, and operations teams to deliver on-time flights

• Maintain accurate booking records and CRM updates

• Support compliance with internal and regulatory standards

• Build strong working relationships to support repeat business

About you:

• 1–2 years’ experience in cargo charter, freight forwarding, or logistics

• Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills

• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, detail-focused, and client-oriented

• Good understanding of aircraft types and charter operations
