Role overview:
This is a senior sales opportunity focused on building, managing and growing a high-value client portfolio across Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
Proactive outbound and inbound charter sales
Managing relationships from first enquiry through to handover
Identifying opportunities across charter and shared ownership products
Owning revenue, margin, new business and referral targets
Working closely with client services, revenue management and supplier partners
Ensuring all activity is logged accurately via Salesforce
We're looking for someone who has:
Proven background in sales and account management
Comfortable in a target-driven, performance-led environment
Strong commercial judgement and client-facing presence
Aviation experience is helpful but not essential
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Legally able to work in the EU and willing to travel
Flexible with working hours when required
Fluent in Arabic and English
