Role overview:
This is a busy, multi-faceted operations control role supporting global private jet flights. You’ll be at the heart of the action, coordinating everything from permits to flight following, and working closely with Sales, CAMO and Flight Ops.
Key responsibilities include:
Plan and dispatch global charter flights
Arrange handling, fuel, catering, transport and crew hotels
Track aircraft and crew availability
Handle irregular ops, delays and crew issues
Maintain records, permits and movement logs
Monitor MELs, FTL and liaise with maintenance
We're looking for someone who has:
2+ years as an Ops Controller / Flight Dispatcher (ideally bizjet experience)
Dispatch licence or certificate
Fluent English speaker
Strong grasp of aviation systems and flight planning software
Cool head under pressure, organised and communicative
Contract:
Full-time, permanent, on a rotating shift basis (including evenings, nights, and weekends)
