The role:
We’re seeking experienced charter brokers or jet membership consultants to join one of the most prestigious brands in business aviation. Backed by a world-class infrastructure, you’ll focus on developing and retaining a high-value client base while having access to an unrivalled portfolio of services — from on-demand charter to aircraft sales and memberships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships 
- Consulting and closing deals that match client needs 
- Collaborating with sourcing, flight support, and executive teams 
- Engaging in key industry groups (NBAA, NATA, AOPA, ACSF) 
About you:
- Proven experience in charter brokerage or jet membership sales 
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and emotional intelligence 
- A natural relationship-builder with a consultative approach 
- Tech-savvy, persistent, and adaptable with a positive mindset 
- Previous consulting or coaching experience a plus
