The role:
We’re seeking experienced charter brokers or jet membership consultants to join one of the most prestigious brands in business aviation. Backed by a world-class infrastructure, you’ll focus on developing and retaining a high-value client base while having access to an unrivalled portfolio of services — from on-demand charter to aircraft sales and memberships.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Consulting and closing deals that match client needs
Collaborating with sourcing, flight support, and executive teams
Engaging in key industry groups (NBAA, NATA, AOPA, ACSF)
About you:
Proven experience in charter brokerage or jet membership sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and emotional intelligence
A natural relationship-builder with a consultative approach
Tech-savvy, persistent, and adaptable with a positive mindset
Previous consulting or coaching experience a plus
